“Managed Print Services” (MPS) Explained
Al Reyami MPS is a service offered to optimize or manage a company’s document output to certain objectives, such as driving down costs, improving efficiency and productivity, and reducing the IT support workload.
MPS offers expertise and management tools to continuously track, monitor and educate staff to continuously improve output-printing costs. The cost optimization is achieved through implementing appropriate products, usage, policies and processes to meet customer’s output document needs. We would also track how the printer fleet is being used, the problems and the user satisfaction. Analyze the information gathered in the course of tracking and makes the adjustments needed to ensure fleet efficiency and to meet changing user needs.
Managed Print Services may also be expanded to manage staffed services, such as centralized reprographics department (copy centers). We can work closely with organizations to understand current needs and improve future goals through a plan of action to transform the recommendations into tangible print and document infrastructures, and govern the resulting solution.
